Forfar Athletic have taken Rangers goalkeeper Scott Gallacher on loan until the end of the year.The 20-year-old played eight games on loan at Cowdenbeath in 2008 and featured on the bench for the Ibrox club on the last day of last season.

Gallacher was a key member of the Rangers Under-19 side that won league and cup doubles in 2006/07 and 2007/08.

Forfar manager Dick Campbell is preparing for life in Division Two having been promoted via the play-offs.
