Livingston maintained a 16-point lead over Ayr at the top of the Second Division with a solid win over Forfar.Kenny Deuchar headed the Lions in front from Liam Fox's right-wing cross in the 23rd minute.

And Fox himself doubled the lead just before half-time as he latched onto Iain Russell's lay-off.

Deuchar netted his second in the 57th minute with a composed finish from 12 yards before Russell wrapped up the points just three minutes later.
